Brian Nash was born and raised in Boston. He moved to Chicago after college to work at Leo Burnett, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. He left Burnett to get an MBA from Dartmouth College, and then moved to New York City, where he became the Director of Retail Marketing and Advertising for Polo Ralph Lauren. He was eager to explore a different creative outlet, so he moved to Nashville to write country music. He had a number of songs recorded, but he realized that his interest was in visual arts, so he stopped writing and started painting. His art is now in galleries around the country, and is in the permanent collection of several leading hotels and hospitals. It has been featured in the New York Times and has been printed on wrapping paper, greeting cards, fabric. It is in the private collection of several Grammy winners and Tony nominees.
