Paul Chang

Paul Chang was born in Suriname, a small country North of the Amazon rainforest in South America. As the youngest child of Chinese immigrants, Paul's interest in drawing was strongly present at a young age. He studied in the Netherlands where he obtained a teacher degree and finished his formal education with a master degree in painting in Maastricht. Paul creates spiritual paintings using organic shapes. His joy, his mood and dreams all influence the creative process. Paul has won many awards including the 64th Annual Award of American Paintings at the Society of the Four Arts. His latest activities include the participation in the 8th Beijing Biennale in 2019 and his solo exhibition at the Readytex Art Gallery in 2020. His work can be found in many businesses and private collections around the world.
