Your chosen artwork will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini bag’ at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our checkout process.
The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in HKD.

The works are packaged by the artist and follow a standardised packaging process. We confirm the packaging with the artist before shipping and take care to make sure the work is properly protected.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it's a surprise or a present, let us know!
If you have ordered on 3-5 days, we may not be able to redirect as it’s likely to be on its way.
The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page does not include the preparation time to package and dispatch. You order will be dispatched within 7-10 business days. We ensure each artwork is perfectly wrapped when you receive it.
After the order is being dispatched, the courier will take 3-5 business days to deliver. Please note that the delivery time will vary from country to country. In some cases the local customs office of your country may require additional documents in order to have your package released, and this may also cause further delay in delivery. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding the time to dispatch.
We use DHL as our courier worldwide.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you via email with your tracking number. You can simply log on to DHL.com to track your order status. Alternatively, you can email us at support@artsleuth.com for further enquires.
There will be no tax charges for all Hong Kong orders. However, some countries may require import tax, duties and related customs fees not being covered in the payment you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact local authorities.
Absolutely! Art Sleuth organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
Returns
We offer every customer a 7-day no risk money-back guarantee on your order. We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us at no cost to you.
1. It has to be less than 7 days since you have received the artwork.
2. Contact us at +852 2561 5300 or email support@artsleuth.com to provide us your order information and the reason of returning the work. Then we'll process your request within 3 working days.
3. Please note that artworks must be carefully packed for return shipment in their original packaging and exact condition in which they were shipped in order to be eligible for a refund. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
4. For artworks that arrived damaged, please take photos and email these photos to support@artsleuth.com
5. We will confirm your designated pickup date of the return and provide all instructions and shipping labels via email 1 working day before the collection.
6. You will be refunded within 15 working days of confirmation of safe receipt of the returned artwork.
7. Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the artist will ship you new artwork as soon as receipt of the original artwork has been confirmed.

All successfully returned items will be credited back to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
