5. We will confirm your designated pickup date of the return and provide all instructions and shipping labels via email 1 working day before the collection.
6. You will be refunded within 15 working days of confirmation of safe receipt of the returned artwork.
7. Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the artist will ship you new artwork as soon as receipt of the original artwork has been confirmed.
All successfully returned items will be credited back to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
