Colour and nature are at the heart of all her artworks. This painting is inspired by the splendour of a fiery, sunny autumn afternoon, with sun shining through bright autumn leaves and grasses.
The artist used top quality Golden acrylics, and spent time on layering the canvas with many shades of paint, together with palette knife, brushes, rags and allowing paint to drip down the canvas in order to create a rich textured paint surface. This painting is unframed. It has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
