The works from “The Wanderer” series are inspired by the artist's wandering about in East London, where she moved in January 2017. She always goes out with my pad and markers or pastels, documenting everything she sees that catches her attention. She believes that drawing while the persons are right in front of her, really helps to catch the energy of the people I'm depicting. In a way these artworks are a sort of performance and a piece of relational art as the interaction with the subject is a crucial part of the process.
