I do my best to avoid getting caught up in politics. Lately that has proved more and more difficult as I watch the progress that we've made as a nation in the past decade slowly being torn apart. This painting is littered with my thoughts of anger, frustration, as well as hope for what the future will bring. Progress is a state of mind that needs only the will of people to manifest itself.
