This painting is very much inspired by the artist's world, particularly light summer rain, cloudy and blue skies and soft light. The artist loves paint, and colour combinations are very important to her. She wants to use texture, shape, colour, and tone to make a rich paint surface with lots of interest. She has used Golden acrylics as they have such lovely qualities and are highly pigmented.
This canvas is unframed. It has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord and ready to hang.
