In this series Wolff dealt for the first time with the use of patterns in painting. Through the use of stamps she experiments with the multitude of possibilities that the same motif offers despite its determination in size and form. We see the always same antelope in countless variations. As in nature, it is impossible to find two identical motifs, the infinite repetition seems anything but monotonous, but demonstrates the infinity that can be found in every area of nature or even art, no matter how small.

The work gets its special surface structure from the use of tissue paper laminated onto plywood.

The wooden frame made especially for the work is hand-painted in a reddish-purple brown tone and has a silvery patina. The above measurements include the 4.5 cm wide frame.
